When you contact us
Quote buttons open your email application; no message is sent until you send it. We receive the details you choose to share: identity, email, phone number, date, location, guest numbers and requested service.
Purposes and legal basis
We use this information to reply, prepare a quote and organise the requested service. This is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract if you order. Accounting records are retained to meet legal obligations.
Information needed
Only information needed for your enquiry is useful. Without sufficient contact details or particulars, we may be unable to reply or prepare a quote. Avoid emailing identity documents, bank details or medical information; contact us to agree suitable arrangements for particular dietary requirements.
Access and service providers
EL FNA FOOD and those involved in your service access information only as needed. Messages pass through your email provider and Gmail (Google), which receives our emails. The site is published through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure.
International processing
Depending on their services and applicable safeguards, these providers may process technical information or messages outside the European Economic Area. See Google, OpenAI and Cloudflare. Contact us with any questions about these processing activities.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, if you order, follow up the service. Information necessary as evidence of a contract or for a dispute may be archived for applicable statutory limitation periods; accounting records are kept for ten years. Information no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email elfnafood@gmail.com or write to our address. We normally respond within one month; proportionate identity checks may be needed if there is doubt. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Browsing and external links
The site code includes no advertising tools, audience measurement or data collection forms, and does not set cookies for these purposes. The hosting infrastructure may process technical data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. The map link opens Google Maps, which has its own policy. Music is generated in your browser only when you activate it.
